This is an important step in preparing to sell your home
Your photos are the reason clients choose to tour your home, or not to. We’re sending a professional photographer to capture the interior and exterior of your home and the amenities your guests will have access to, but before we do, we want to make sure that you’re putting your best foot forward.
Here are some helpful tips to make sure your home is prepared to be photographed!
Practice Check-In
While your photographer is shooting the home, they’ll also be doing a quality check to make sure it’s 100% ready for your guests. Think of this as the practice check-in: Everything should look as it will for a guest walking in the door.
